You guys I am so freaking pumped to share this post with you today – so I’m going to keep it short and sweet. I am super excited to have a special guest joining me today to share a little about herself and the BEST brownie recipe ever.
Our guest blogger is an online personal trainer and nutrition coach here in Calgary and is changing the game for clients all over the world. Today we are lucky enough to have her nutritional wisdom in the shape of to die for brownies that I promise you will love. Seriously you guys, this coming from someone who doesn’t even love chocolate. I LOVE these brownies and I especially love the ingredients. So, do yourself a favour and make a double batch, you can thank me later.
Over to you Lucy!
Oh hey! Before sharing one of the most delicious black bean brownie recipes you’ll ever
find, I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Lucy Dunne, founder of Dunnebells. After
losing over 65lbs and overcoming an eating disorder I now empower women around the
globe to empower themselves. We do things a little differently over at Dunnebells. Forget
everything you may know about diets and workouts.
Alright, back to the REAL reason you clicked let’s be honest. The recipe for these fibre rich, protein-packed brownies! Have you ever met someone who wasn’t a fan of brownies? Me neither.
When your sweet tooth can be satisfied while keeping things on the healthier side it’s a
winning combination, right? Your entire family will gobble them up and because they are loaded with nutrients you can even serve them up for breakfast!
This is one of my most popular recipes and as soon as you make them you’ll understand
why. This gluten-free chocolate rich treat is easy to make and they keep extremely well in
the freezer, I mean if you can get them to last longer than a few hours!
