Health & Wellness

My philosophy on health and wellness is pretty simple – take part in as many experiences as you can, spend as much time as possible with the people you love,  spread light to those around you, laugh your ass off all the time and do all the bad for you things you want (within reason) in moderation.

I think love, laughter, connection, passion and a manageable amount of stress (so none, haha) are what keep you healthy.  I believe wellness comes with loving yourself, finding happiness and being open to learning every day.
