Add the cherries, sugar and water to a small saucepan on medium heat and bring to a boil. Stir and bring heat down to low for about 15 min until the cherries break down and mixture thickens a bit.
11/2 cup fresh cherries, 3 tbsp water, 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Then remove from heat and mash with a potato masher. Set aside to let cool.
In the mean time with an electric hand mixer, mix together the room temperature cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla and condensed milk until it’s smooth and creamy.
1/2 cup condensed milk, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 8 oz cream cheese, 1 tsp vanilla
Then fold in the cooled cherry mix with a spatula. If you want that swirled look, don't mix it too much.
Spoon the popsicle mix into your popsicle molds and into the freezer for at least 3 hours until they are nice and set.
Take out and lick until gone.
