Confetti Squares

You can't go wrong with this nostalgic dessert. Kids love the sweet rainbow marshmallows and they bring back so many memories for the adults. Plus they're quick and easy too.

Equipment

Ingredients
 

  • 2 cups butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 cups rainbow marshmallows

Instructions

  • Line a standard 8x8 or 9x9 inch brownie pan with parchment paper.
  • In a medium pan, melt butter and peanut butter together over low/medium heat, stirring every couple minutes.
  • Once it's totally melted and warm but not too hot add the vanilla and butterscotch chips. Stir until completely melted.
  • Remove from the heat and allow to cool to about room temperature, then stir in the rainbow marshmallows.
  • Pour the mix into the prepared brownie pan and let sit in the fridge to harden, at least an hour.
